Brian H. Clark received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1992 from the University of Maryland with a major in Criminology and Psychology. He graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School with a Juris Doctor degree. His concentration was in litigation. He was born in Silver Spring, Md. and grew up in Hyattsville, Olney and Ocean City . Prior to becoming licensed to practice law in Maryland, he enjoyed a succesful career in a senior position in the banking sector. He developed and fine tuned his approach to treating each client as a special asset that deserved special attention. That approach continues to this day.

During law school, he prosecuted hundreds of  District Court cases for the Montgomery County State's Attormey's Office under the Rule 16 program. This program allowed  certain qualified law students the ability to prosecute  criminal  cases alongside seasoned prosecutors. The cases included all District Court offenses, serious traffic/DUI cases, and juvenile cases, including  bench trials against local  private defense counsel and the Office of the Public Defender. He won his first trial before graduating law school and sat 2nd chair in his first jury trial shortly after graduation. After graduation from law school, he assisted a senior Montgomery County State's Attorney in preparing for felony drug trials in the Circuit Court.

He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Montgomery County Bar Association, Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys Association, and the American Bar Association. He has completed numerous seminars sponsored by MICPEL, MCDAA and the University of Baltimore involving DUI defense, evidence, criminal procedure, personal injury and trial strategies. He completed the 24 hour NHTSA and IACP student course in DWI detection and Field Sobriety Testing that police officers undergo.  He has handled countless DUI and criminal cases as a defense attorney.  He understands that the law is a service industry and clients must receive excellent customer service, attention to detail, broad knowledge,  and a passionate voice that delivers the best results possible on their behalf. He is known for going the extra mile for each client and has been rewarded with a loyal client base who refer their friends and family when the need arises.
